Just wanted to say… another BIG ‘thank you’ and to tell you how pleased I have been with the service received from both yourselves and Cole & Mason.
My Cole & Mason salt and pepper mills which I’d purchased from you a couple of years ago had been working really well up until recently, then, my pepper mill died on me. As a result of your advice, I contacted Cole & Mason direct. They were so helpful and explained what they thought was the problem – the mechanism had worn down. Well, within 48hrs, Cole & Mason had sent me FOC replacement mechanisms for both mills!
How refreshing it is to know that there are still Companies out there, offering ‘good old fashioned service’!

Thank you Babs at Cole and Mason for your help in connection with my very old and well-worn pepper mill. I had used it most days for over 40 years, so I am not surprised to read on your website that they are now ‘only’ guaranteed for 25 years!
They could easily last a lifetime without any particular care or attention, apart from an occasional wipe to remove food.
