Care
- Before first use: Wash in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- While cooking: Always use oven gloves when handling anything hot. Use the most appropriately sized hob ring, especially on induction. Cook on a medium or low heat and let it heat up gradually.
- Induction hobs: Avoid the 'boost' function, which is intended for rapidly heating large volumes of water rather than cooking.
- Using salt: Don't pour salt directly onto the stainless steel surface. Add it to hot cooking liquid or food instead, to avoid damage.
- Oven use: Place on a shelf or rack rather than the oven floor, which can increase cooking temperature and lead to damage. When using under the grill, leave at least a 5cm gap between the heat source and the top of the product.
- Cleaning: Cool the pan for a few minutes before cleaning, and avoid plunging it into or filling it with cold water while hot, as this can cause damage from the sudden change in temperature.
