- Before first use: Wash in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- While cooking: Always use oven gloves when handling anything hot. Use Le Creuset silicone, wood or heat-resistant plastic tools where possible. Metal utensils can be used with care but shouldn't be used harshly or scraped over the surface.
