Care
- Before first use: Wash in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- While using: Always use oven gloves when handling anything hot. When using under the grill, leave at least a 6.5cm gap between the heat source and the top of the product.
- Reheating from frozen or room temperature: Don't put a frozen dish into a preheated oven. Place it in a cold oven and let both heat up together, and always check food is piping hot throughout before serving. If a dish is at room temperature, don't preheat the oven above 205C. If adding liquid to a dish already in the oven, take it out and let it cool for a few minutes first.
- Cleaning: Let it cool before cleaning. Wipe off any leftovers, and soak stuck-on food in warm soapy water for 15 to 20 minutes before washing. Wash and dry by hand, or put it through a full dishwasher cycle.
