Questions and Answers
Q: Will food stick to it?
A: Very little. The glaze is virtually non-stick, so dried-on porridge usually rinses away without scrubbing.
Q: Will it stain?
A: Le Creuset's glaze is made to resist stains and flavour absorption. That means soups and curries shouldn't leave a mark or a lingering smell.
