Fluffy Parmesan, fragrant zest and garlic grated straight into the pan, from a grater with a striking all-black finish. The fine blade releases the aroma of citrus, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Care

  • Daily cleaning: Rinse under running water straight after use, before food dries on, then let it drip dry.

  • Storage: Keep the protective cover on the blade when it's in a drawer, to protect the blade and your fingers.

Questions and Answers

Q: What's the difference between the Gourmet, Master and Black Sheep graters?
A: They share the same photo-etched, made-in-the-USA blades. The Gourmet Series has a soft-touch plastic handle, the Master Series a walnut handle, and the Black Sheep Series is black PVD-coated stainless steel from end to end. Choose by the handle you prefer to hold and how you want it to look.

Q: Can I zest citrus with it?
A: Yes. The fine blade takes off just the coloured zest and leaves the bitter pith behind. The Black Sheep Zester is narrower if you mostly zest.
