The Combi Wave 3 in 1 removes the boundaries between breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Close it for perfectly pressed paninis and burgers with golden crusts, open it flat for an expansive 1500cm² grilling surface that handles steaks, seafood, eggs, and pancakes at different temperatures simultaneously. The reversible ceramic plates flip between flat griddle and waffle, both PFOA and PTFE free, so you're not compromising on safety for performance. One-touch Panini, Burger, and Sear programs handle the timing automatically, whilst independent electronic temperature control on each plate means you can sear steak on one side whilst cooking delicate fish on the other. The adjustable plate tilt drains fat during cooking, and the removable drip tray catches what runs off, so cleanup is genuinely minimal. The No-mess Moat design prevents waffle batter spilling onto your benchtop. It's the kind of grill that transforms your kitchen into a proper cooking space, handling everything from breakfast bacon to dessert waffles without switching appliances.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Cleaning the interior after cooking: Allow the appliance to cool slightly after use. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth to remove splashes and residue. For stubborn spots, use a soft cloth with a small amount of dish soap, then rinse with a damp cloth and dry. Never use abrasive scouring pads that could damage the interior.

Maintaining the Combi Crisp pan and trivet: The Combi Crisp pan and trivet are removable for easy cleaning. Wash by hand in warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher, depending on the manufacturer's recommendations. Dry completely before returning to the appliance to prevent water spots.

Cleaning the turntable and door: The turntable is removable and dishwasher-safe. The soft-close door can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the door mechanism in water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before closing the door.

Preventing odours and buildup: After cooking strong-smelling foods, leave the door open briefly to allow steam to escape. Wipe the interior regularly to prevent grease or residue buildup. Monthly, run a cycle with a microwave-safe bowl of water with lemon to freshen the interior.

Electrical care and storage: Never immerse the exterior or electrical components in water. Wipe the brushed stainless steel exterior with a dry or damp cloth depending on fingerprints. Ensure the power cord is coiled neatly and stored safely. Allow the appliance to cool completely before storing.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Does it really replace three separate appliances, or is it a compromise between all three? It genuinely delivers on each function without significant compromise. The air fryer creates crispy results, the convection oven roasts and bakes properly, and the inverter microwave defrosts and reheats with precision. Element iQ power steering optimises each function separately, so you're not settling with a mediocre middle ground.

What does the Fast Combi function actually do? Fast Combi combines convection oven, grilling, and microwave at different cooking stages to achieve temperature and results faster than traditional ovens alone. It's genuinely faster because it's using multiple heating methods simultaneously rather than sequentially.

Is the Power Smoothing Inverter technology actually better than a standard microwave? Yes. Standard microwaves use ON-OFF cycles that create hot spots and cold spots, which is why edges dry out when you're trying to defrost centres. Inverter technology adjusts power smoothly, so heat distributes evenly. For reheating and defrosting, this makes a measurable difference.

Will the shortcuts panel actually be useful, or is it gimmicky? It's genuinely useful. Having one-touch buttons for common tasks like melting chocolate, softening butter, or popping popcorn removes the need to find presets or guess settings. These are things people do regularly, so the convenience compounds over time.
