The Fresh and Furious Blender proves that powerful blending doesn't mean ear-splitting noise. The high-torque motor drives surgical-grade stainless steel blades at 300km/h under load, delivering quiet and efficient blending rather than the loud chaos most blenders create. The three illuminated pre-programmed buttons (smoothie, green smoothie, ice crush) handle the most common tasks automatically, whilst five manual speed settings give you full control when you need it. The LCD display counts up for manual speeds and down for pre-programmed settings, so you always know where you are in the blend cycle. The 1.5L BPA-free Tritan jug is tough enough for years of use, and the Sage Assist lid with inner measuring cap makes portion control effortless. The blender handles smoothies, green smoothies, ice crushing, food processing tasks like chopping, and aerating for creamy soups. If you want to take it further, it's compatible with the Vac Q vacuum pump (sold separately), which removes air to enhance flavours, improve colour in green smoothies, and create genuinely silky textures. It's the kind of blender that makes healthy eating genuinely convenient rather than a chore.

FEATURES

Three one-touch pre-programmed buttons: Illuminated buttons for Smoothie, Green Smoothie, and Ice Crush automate the most common tasks, handling timing and speed automatically so you just press and walk away.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Daily cleaning of the jug and blades: Rinse the Tritan jug and lid immediately after use with warm water. For stubborn residue, fill the jug halfway with warm water and a drop of dishwashing liquid, blend on low speed for a few seconds, then rinse thoroughly. Never immerse the motor base in water.

Blade safety and maintenance: The surgical-grade stainless steel blades are sharp. Never touch them directly with your hands. When removing the jug, ensure blades have stopped spinning completely. For stuck ingredients, use a spatula rather than your fingers to dislodge them.

Drying and storage: Dry the jug and lid completely before storing to prevent mould and water spots. Disassemble the lid before storing to allow it to air dry thoroughly. Store the blender in a dry place away from heat sources and moisture.

Motor base care: Wipe the motor base with a dry cloth to remove dust and splashes. Never immerse the base in water. Ensure the power cord is coiled neatly and stored safely. Keep the blades and jug assembly securely attached when not in use.

Maintaining blade sharpness: The surgical-grade blades are engineered to stay sharp, but avoid blending extremely hard items repeatedly (like ice for extended periods without breaks). Regular blending of typical ingredients keeps the blades performing optimally for years.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Do the pre-programmed buttons actually work, or do I need manual control? The pre-programmed buttons work genuinely well for the tasks they're designed for. Smoothie handles typical fruit blends, green smoothie optimises for leafy greens, and ice crush is aggressive enough for frozen ingredients. For most daily blending, you just press a button. Manual speeds give you flexibility when the presets don't fit what you're making.

What's the Vac Q pump for, and do I need it? The Vac Q vacuum pump (sold separately) removes air from blended drinks to improve colour, texture, and taste, especially for green smoothies and delicate soups. It genuinely enhances results if you make green drinks regularly, but the blender works brilliantly without it. It's optional depending on how serious you are about texture and flavour.

Is 1.5L capacity enough for a family? 1.5L roughly fills three large smoothie glasses or serves two people generously. For solo users or couples, it's perfect. For larger families, you might make two batches. It's genuinely sized for family use without being oversized or difficult to handle.

Why does it matter that the blades are surgical-grade stainless steel? Surgical-grade stainless steel is harder than standard stainless steel, so the blades resist dulling from repeated blending. Over months and years of use, standard blades gradually lose sharpness and blend less efficiently. Hardened blades stay sharp longer, which means better blending results long-term and less motor strain.
