16cm Saucepan and lid manufactured from 0.7mm thick, high quality 18/10 stainless steel with a stylish satin and mirror polished finish. The pan incorporates an energy efficient, 6mm impact bonded aluminium, fully encapsulated sandwich base. The cast steel handle and lid knob are secured with rivets for added durability and stability. We recommend the use of an oven glove or cloth to ensure safe handling of this cookware. The lid has steam vents. Extremely versatile, it is suitable for all hob types, oven safe to 230 C (440 F), dishwasher safe and comes with a 25 year guarantee. Marked with capacities up to 1.5L, the maximum capacity is 1.8L.
