Our first guarantee is a no quibble return policy. 
If you change your mind, are not happy with an item or it is faulty, we will always take it back. We offer a no quibble guarantee, that allows you to return goods that you have used! Read on for details...

Since 1972, Art of Living have been supplying high quality cookware, and we take great pride in our customer service. Indeed, we have been twice nominated for the Excellence in Housewares award for the quality of our customer care. We believe that you, the customer, should not have to take a risk when purchasing cookware. So we offer what we believe to be an unbeatable guarantee for your peace of mind.

If any item you buy from us doesn't do what you wanted, you can return it for a refund, even if you've used it. That's our promise to you.

Our second guarantee is half-price replacement. 
It is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. We will replace an item that you accidently break at half price, if you have proof of purchase and evidence of the breakage. In the case of a glass or pottery item, we will accept photos of the damage. If you asked us to log your purchase, under your name, at the point of sale, then we will have a record of it. If you bought online we will automatically have proof of purchase. We will accept a bank statement, if you do not have your receipt, as we will be able to find the sale in our system. 

Our third guarantee is we price match.
The way it works, is that if you have seen an item that we sell cheaper elsewhere, tell us where and if it is available with our competitor, on the day, then we will price match. Please note that the item needs to be identical in terms of specifications and colour.
