1 / No quibble return policy

If you change your mind, are not happy with an item or it is faulty, we will always take it back. We offer a no quibble guarantee, that allows you to return goods that you have used! Read on for details...

Since 1972, Art of Living have been supplying high quality cookware, and we take great pride in our customer service. Indeed, we have been twice nominated for the Excellence in Housewares award for the quality of our customer care. We believe that you, the customer, should not have to take a risk when purchasing cookware. So we offer what we believe to be an unbeatable guarantee for your peace of mind.

If any item you buy from us doesn't do what you wanted, you can return it for a refund, even if you've used it. That's our promise to you.

2 / Half-price replacement

It is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. We will replace an item that you accidently break at half price, if you have proof of purchase and evidence of the breakage.

In the case of a glass or pottery item, we will accept photos of the damage. If you asked us to log your purchase, under your name, at the point of sale, then we will have a record of it.

If you bought online we will automatically have proof of purchase. We will accept a bank statement, if you do not have your receipt, as we will be able to find the sale in our system.

3 / We price match

At Art of Living Cookshop, we want you to shop with confidence knowing you’re getting the best possible price. That’s why we offer a Price Match Promise both in-store and online.

How it works

  • We will match the price of any identical new product offered by a reputable UK retailer (in-store or online).
  • Delivery charges are included in the comparison – we match the total cost to you.
  • The product must be in stock and available for delivery within a reasonable timeframe.

How to request a price match

  • In store: Simply show us proof of the lower price (for example, on your phone).
  • Online: Please use the Contact page on our website to send us the details, including a screenshot of the lower price and the retailer’s website link (URL). We will review your request and, if it matches our policy, we’ll reply with a link so you can complete your purchase at the matched price.

Exclusions

  • Applies only to new products – we cannot match prices on seconds, refurbished, reconditioned, or ex-display items.
  • The item must be the exact same product, including colour and size.
  • We cannot match short-term (e.g. introductory) promotions or membership-only discounts.
  • The policy applies only to reputable UK retailers (not marketplaces or auction sites).
