The Silverwood Delia Little Gem Frying Pan 20 cm Heavy Gauge Aluminium is a result of Delia Smith joining forces with British manufacturer Silverwood to create a brilliant all purpose frying pan that will last a lifetime.
This frying pan is made from heavy gauge anodised aluminium, which is an excellent conductor of heat and as long as you are cooking at a suitable temperature, you can rest assured that there will be no sticking, no catching and no scorching.
The Little Gem Frying Pan is suitable for all heat sources, except induction.
The Little Gem Frying Pan is a wonderfully versatile pan, you can use it to poach eggs, make pancakes and even Yorkshire pudding (thanks to it's metal handle it can go safely into the oven - just be careful when you take it out!).
While it is not dishwasher safe, it is really easy to clean, Delia Smith recommends, just get into the habit of soaking them in cold water to get rid of any residue, then they will be easy to wash in warm, soapy water and it will give you much more room in the dishwasher for other items.
