Strawberry Daiquiri
A Daiquiri made with fresh strawberries instead of the usual lime-only base. Sharp, fruity, and dangerously easy to drink. The lime keeps it from being too sweet.

Use a decent white rum — Bacardi Carta Blanca, Havana Club 3, or Banks 5 Island all work well. The double-strain is non-negotiable: seeds in a Daiquiri are not good.
