This Katana Saya Olivewood Cook's Knife is great for chopping and slicing vegetables with speed, but just as comfortable jointing and filleting meat and fish with ease.

The long, sharp blade with a pointed tip is one of the most popular across the world - A must have for the Chef or home cook!. The blade is 15cm in length making it a medium sized blade which enhances its multi-purpose use.

The Eastern olivewood range comes gift boxed with a wooden ‘Saya’ that offers the perfect protection for your knife, protecting yourself and others from its supremely sharp edge.

The blade has 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel, the highest quality steel with a high carbon content that gives it exceptional toughness.

The beautiful craftsmanship in these knives can be seen in the elegant layered Damascus pattern on the blade. The comfortable handles are light olivewood with an opal effect ring and are both luxurious and hard wearing.
