Before first use: Wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residue.
Daily cleaning: Dishwasher-safe for convenient cleaning, though hand washing may be necessary if the bowl doesn't fit your dishwasher. Use hot soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge to protect the glazed finish.
Oven use: Safe up to 250°C for roasting and baking. Avoid extreme temperature changes - don't transfer directly from refrigerator to hot oven or from oven to cold water, as thermal shock may cause cracking.
Serving hot: Always use oven gloves when handling from the oven - the bowl will be extremely hot. Place on a trivet or heat-resistant surface to protect your table. The organic shape provides good grip points, but the weight when full requires two-handed carrying.
Removing baked-on food: If food sticks during cooking, soak the bowl in hot soapy water for 30 minutes before washing. Avoid metal scourers which can scratch the glaze - use a nylon brush or non-scratch scourer instead.

Valid for 2 years from purchase date. If you accidentally break this bowl, we'll replace it at half price with proof of purchase and evidence of breakage. Photos of the damage are acceptable.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses can take up to 7 working days, but is usually 3-4, and is free for orders over £49. Next day delivery may be available for £9.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, depending on your location and our stock levels. You can also collect from our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.
Can I use this for cold salads as well as hot dishes?
