What Customers Ask About This Product
Is it dishwasher safe?
No, handwash and dry immediately, since dishwashers can blunt and chip the blade over time.
What's it best used for?
Cutting and chopping fish, fruit, meat, herbs and vegetables, and most everyday kitchen tasks.
Which size should I choose?
It comes down to hand size and preference. Smaller sizes suit more detailed work, while larger ones give more reach and momentum for bigger ingredients.
In our experience...
A cook's knife is genuinely the one to start with if you're only buying one. Its size and shape handle a two-step chop and rock action across meat, vegetables, herbs and most everyday prep.
A WÜSTHOF blade is built to stay sharp for longer than most. Laser-guided PEtec sharpening and edge geometry mean it holds its edge around twice as long as ordinary knives, reducing how often it needs resharpening.
Five sizes is a genuinely wide range for one knife style. It means there's a version suited to almost any hand size or cutting style, not just one standard fit.
