Overnight Breakfast Oats and Caramelised Apple Recipe

Ingredients

  • 120g oats
  • 375ml milk or coconut milk
  • 125ml boiling water
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 30ml honey

For The Caramelised Apple

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, quartered and roughly chopped
  • 50g butter
  • 30ml honey

Method

  1. To make the oats, mix all the ingredients together and divide between your On The Go Le Creuset Food Flask Tumblers.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  3. The next day, place the butter and honey in a small saucepan and allow the butter to melt.
  4. Once the mixture is foamy, add the apples.
  5. Mix to coat in the butter-honey mixture until golden and caramelised evenly.
  6. Divide the oats between 2-4 canisters.
  7. Top with the caramelised apples and sprinkle with mixed seeds.
