Overnight Breakfast Oats and Caramelised Apple Recipe

Ingredients
- 120g oats
- 375ml milk or coconut milk
- 125ml boiling water
- 30g chia seeds
- 30ml honey
For The Caramelised Apple
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, quartered and roughly chopped
- 50g butter
- 30ml honey
Method
- To make the oats, mix all the ingredients together and divide between your On The Go Le Creuset Food Flask Tumblers.
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, place the butter and honey in a small saucepan and allow the butter to melt.
- Once the mixture is foamy, add the apples.
- Mix to coat in the butter-honey mixture until golden and caramelised evenly.
- Divide the oats between 2-4 canisters.
- Top with the caramelised apples and sprinkle with mixed seeds.
