Chocolate Ganache Tart with Strawberries
A rich, no-bake chocolate tart with a fresh strawberry topping. Make it the day before and it virtually looks after itself.

This tart keeps well in the fridge for up to two days — add the strawberries on the day of serving to keep them fresh. A 23cm loose-bottomed tart tin works best.
