The Netherton Foundry Pie Dish is lightweight and can withstand very high temperatures, due to its unique manufacturing process.

It also retains heat exceptionally well, resulting in faster cooking times, consistently even cooking, and perfectly browned crusts.

Furthermore, it is safe for use on the hob, including induction, allowing for searing of ingredients before transferring to the oven.

This dish is pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural easy-release finish that improves over time with proper maintenance.
