The Dreamfarm Flisk Red functions as three whisks in one and folds completely flat, so it’s easy to store and hard to get tangled.

That’s how it gets its name - they’ve put the ‘fl’ from ‘flat’ and the ‘isk’ from ‘whisk’ together. Clever.

With a simple twist of the end of the handle between the three marked settings, the stainless steel wires rotate and click into place.

You can select the classic large balloon whisk for whipping; twist so the wires fold halfway to make a sauce whisk for getting the lumps out of sauces and gravy; and twist again to bring the wires together to make a flat whisk for deglazing (a.k.a. scrubbing the leftover bits of gravy etc off the bottom of your roasting dishes).

If you’re using the balloon whisk for whipping, once you’ve finished, you can twist it down to the flat whisk to scrape the excess against the side of the bowl, so none of your delicious cream or cake mixture will have to go to waste.

And once you’ve finished using it and scraped off all the excess, you can pop it straight into the dishwasher for a nice easy clean, twist so the wires sit flat, then pop it in your utensil pot without having to worry about having to detangle it when you need it next.
