What Customers Ask About This Product
Is it dishwasher safe?
It's dishwasher safe, but we always recommend handwashing to keep the blade sharper for longer.
How do I clean it day to day?
Simply rinse under running water and allow to drip dry.
Is the storage cover dishwasher safe?
No, the reusable protective cover isn't dishwasher safe.
In our experience...
400 micro-teeth is what separates this from a standard grater. That density of ultra-fine, photo-etched teeth is what lets it zest with almost no pressure needed.
Cutting rather than crushing genuinely changes the result. Precisely cut food releases aroma and flavour more effectively than food that's been crushed by a blunter grater.
The rubber feet are a small but genuinely useful detail. They protect the worktop and keep the zester stable while you're working, rather than sliding around.
Handwashing is worth the extra minute for a tool like this. It's dishwasher safe, but keeping the ultra-sharp blade away from other cutlery and the dishwasher's heat helps it stay sharper for longer.
