The Grunwerg Katana Saya Carving Set (2 Piece) consists of a carving knife and carving fork. They work together as the perfect pair for cutting joints of meat and fish.
The blade of the carving knife is 20cm long and has 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel, the highest quality steel with a high carbon content that gives it exceptional toughness.
This carving set comes with an attractive wooden gift box and the knife has a leather sheath to keep its supremely sharp edge sharper for longer.
The beautiful craftsmanship in these knives can be seen in the elegant layered Damascus pattern on the blade. The comfortable handles are light olivewood with an opal effect ring and are both luxurious and hard wearing.
