Care & Use Instructions
Using the blade: Place the avocado on a stable surface and run the blade around the fruit lengthways to halve it. Twist the two halves apart.
Removing the stone: Press the toothed detector firmly against the stone and twist to grip and release it. Do not use a knife for this step.
Scooping the flesh: Run the integrated spoon between the flesh and the skin, following the curve of the fruit, to lift the pulp out cleanly. The blade can also be used to score the flesh into strips or a grid before scooping if you want pre-cut pieces.
Cleaning: Dishwasher safe. If handwashing, rinse under running water promptly after use - avocado flesh can dry and stick quickly. Take care around the blade edge when washing by hand. In the dishwasher, place blade-down in the cutlery basket.
Storage: Store with the blade protected - a knife block slot, drawer insert, or the original packaging will prevent accidental contact with the blade edge.
