The Demeyere Spare Glass Lid with Stainless Steel Rim 32cm prevents loss of heat and energy.

Tests have shown that cooking without a lid or with a lid that is not heavy enough, consumes 2.8 times more energy than otherwise.

Perfect closure also allows steam to gather in the pot and therefore assures permanent steam condensation. Hence, you may prepare a very healthy meal with Demeyere products, using little to no water.

This Demeyere Glass Lid is made from thick, durable pyrex glass and has a stainless steel rim that provides a hermetic seal and stainless steel knob .

It will fit any Demeyere product with the same diameter.
