The original Kilner jar was first invented by John Kilner & Co in 1842 and has stood the test of time for over 150 years to become a tried, tested and trusted product. Made from very strong glass this durable jar has the Kilner brand embossed on the front. The secure fasting and airtight orange rubber sealing ring ensure that the contents are kept cool and fresh, thus retaining their flavour and goodness. While these jars are perfect for preserving fruits, jams and chutneys they are also an effective and attractive way of storing dry food stuff such as rice, flour, coffee, sugar, etc. The wide round opening makes it easy to fill and dispense the contents of the jar.

If your desired country is not listed (USA, Australia etc.) this is most likely because couriers charge by "Volumetric Weight" i.e. a combination of how large and how heavy the package is. Please note that any overseas shipment is at your own risk and you will hence need to take out insurance to cover any damage in transit.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of the contents as well as a description of the items. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country must be borne by you. Your local customs office will be able to provide you with further information.
