Will this work with my portafilter?
The Puck Sucker is designed for 58mm Sage portafilters only. It will not fit 54mm portafilters or portafilters from other brands. If you are unsure of your portafilter size, check your machine's specifications or get in touch and we can help confirm compatibility.
How many pucks does it hold before I need to empty it?
The container holds 10 to 12 pucks. The clear Tritan vessel means you can see the level at a glance without needing to open it. The quick-release lid makes emptying quick once it is full.
How long does the battery last, and can I replace it?
The Puck Sucker runs on a standard 9V battery, which is included in the box. Battery life will depend on frequency of use. When the battery needs replacing, a standard 9V battery is all you need.

Emptying the container: Use the quick-release lid to open the container and empty pucks into the bin or compost. The clear vessel lets you monitor capacity so you are not caught off guard.
Cleaning the container: The Tritan container is dishwasher safe on the top shelf only. Alternatively, hand wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before reassembling.
Battery replacement: When suction performance weakens, replace the 9V battery. Remove the battery compartment, fit a standard 9V battery, and replace the cover. Do not mix old and new batteries.
What to avoid: Do not immerse the main unit or battery compartment in water. Do not place the container on the bottom shelf of the dishwasher. Do not use with portafilters other than 58mm Sage models.

Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses takes 5-7 working days, and it's free on orders over £49. Next day delivery is available for £9.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, depending on your location and stock levels. You can also collect from our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.
Can I collect this item instead of having it delivered?
Yes. You can collect from our Reigate shop (72 High Street, RH2 9AP), our Cobham shop (16 Anyards Road, KT11 2JZ), or our warehouse in Redhill (40 Ormside Way, RH1 2LW).
