What Customers Ask About This Product
What's the difference between this and a fine grater?
The zester is long and narrow, so it runs easily around a lemon and grates straight over a bowl or plate. A wide fine grater is quicker for large amounts of hard cheese.
How do I zest without the bitter pith?
Use light strokes and turn the fruit as soon as the colour has gone from each patch. The sharp teeth take off only the zest, so there's no need to press.
In our experience...
Zest only the coloured skin. The white pith underneath is bitter, so turn the fruit as soon as the colour has gone from each patch.
Etched blades cut rather than tear. Photo-etched teeth slice food cleanly, where punched graters rip it. That gives lighter, fluffier cheese and zest, and less effort for you.
Grate garlic and ginger straight into the pan. A zester turns them into a fine paste that melts into sauces, with no chopping board to wash.

Care & Use Instructions
Daily cleaning: Rinse under running water straight after use, before food dries on, then let it drip dry.
Washing: Handwash only, in warm soapy water. The dishwasher blunts and chips fine blades over time, so they won't stay as sharp.
Storage: Comes with a reusable protective cover, which isn't dishwasher safe.

You can also collect from our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.
Can I collect this item instead of having it delivered?
Yes. You can collect from our Reigate shop (72 High Street, RH2 9AP), our Cobham shop (16 Anyards Road, KT11 2JZ), or our warehouse in Redhill (40 Ormside Way, RH1 2LW). Just select click and collect at checkout. If the option isn't available, this is because there isn't enough stock in your selected collection location.
