Yes. Just make sure you use it on the most appropriately sized ring, as using the wrong size on an induction hob can mean it doesn't get recognised.

It's a genuinely tougher non-stick than most. Independent lab testing for metal utensil abrasion backs up why it can handle everyday metal utensils where other non-stick pans can't.

A shallow frying pan and a glass lid make a flexible pairing. Buying the lid separately means you can add steam-frying capability to a pan you already know suits your cooking.

Fat-free cooking needs a proper preheat. Warming the pan on medium heat for around two minutes before adding food helps the non-stick surface perform at its best without oil.

Glass hobs need a lift, not a slide. Sliding the pan across a glass-topped hob risks damaging both the base and the glass, so always lift it on and off.

Staining isn't the same as damage. Cooking low smoking point ingredients at high heat can stain the surface, but this is cosmetic rather than a sign the coating has failed.

Care & Use Instructions

Before first use: Wash in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

While cooking: Use Le Creuset silicone, wood or heat-resistant plastic tools where possible. Metal utensils can be used with care, but avoid scraping or knocking them on the rim. Never use hand-held electric beaters, blenders, knives or sharp tools inside the pan.

Fat-free cooking: Preheat on medium heat for around 2 minutes before adding food. Don't leave the pan unattended or let the dry surface overheat.

Induction hobs: Avoid the 'boost' function, which is intended for rapidly heating large volumes of water rather than cooking.

Glass hobs: Never slide the pan across a glass-topped hob, as this can damage both the base and the glass. Always lift it on, off, or across the surface.

Oven use: Place on a shelf or rack rather than the oven floor, which can increase cooking temperature and lead to damage.

Washing: We recommend handwashing rather than the dishwasher, to help the non-stick surface last longer. Cool the pan for a few minutes before cleaning, and avoid plunging it into cold water while hot.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses can take 5-7 working days (but is usually much quicker than that), and it's free on orders over £49. Next day delivery is available for £9.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, depending on your location and our stock levels. You can also collect from our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.

Can I collect this item instead of having it delivered?

Yes. You can collect from our Reigate shop (72 High Street, RH2 9AP), our Cobham shop (16 Anyards Road, KT11 2JZ), or our warehouse in Redhill (40 Ormside Way, RH1 2LW). Just select click and collect at checkout. If the option isn't available, this is because there isn't enough stock in your selected collection location.
