A few hours of heat retention is the honest expectation. This is designed to keep a drink warm through a commute or a walk, not to match an all-day flask.

Only the lid goes in the dishwasher. The insulated steel cup itself needs handwashing to protect the vacuum seal over time.

It's genuinely happy with fizzy drinks. Not every insulated cup can say that, since carbonation can be tricky with some seals.

Dishwasher: Lid is dishwasher safe. The insulated steel cup is hand wash only, don't immerse fully in water, and dry thoroughly before storing with the lid off.

Microwave: Not microwave safe.

Stains: Fill with hot water, add a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda (lid off), and soak overnight before rinsing. A vinegar and water solution also works.

Freezer: Freezer safe. Keep upright, leave room for expansion, and fully defrost before opening.

You can also collect from our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.
