The Gourmet thermometer measures temperatures across a comprehensive range of -39.9 to 149.9°C with precise 0.1°C resolution.

Operation is straightforward with just two intuitive push buttons—on/off and hold—allowing for quick temperature checks in busy kitchen environments.

The durable stainless steel food penetration probe (Ø3.5 x 110mm) conveniently folds into the side of the instrument when not in use, rotating through 180 degrees for safe transport and storage. This thoughtful design protects both the probe and users from accidental injury.

Exceptional battery efficiency provides up to 5,000 hours of operation, while the automatic power-off feature activates after ten minutes of inactivity to further extend battery life.

The unique CalCheck 0.0°C function allows users to verify the thermometer's accuracy at any time by simultaneously pressing the 'on/off' and 'hold' buttons during power-up, providing ongoing confidence in your temperature measurements.
