What Customers Ask About This Product
What knives are included?
A 9cm paring knife, 11cm serrated knife, 14cm santoku, 20cm chef's knife, and 20cm bread knife.
Is it dishwasher safe?
No, the knives should be hand washed only and dried immediately. Dishwashers can blunt the blades and cause chips.
How do I clean the knife block?
Wipe it clean with a soft cloth soaked in warm water and mild detergent, then dry with a soft, dry cloth. Don't use abrasive cloths or strong chemical cleaners.
In our experience...
The 'Elevate' name describes a genuine physical feature, not just a brand. The weighted handles and tool rests are specifically engineered to keep the blade lifted off the worktop whenever a knife is set down.
Never touching the worktop is a real hygiene benefit, not just a tidiness one. It reduces the chance of cross-contamination between a blade and the surface you're prepping on.
A rotating block changes how quickly you can grab the right knife. Rather than reaching into a fixed slot arrangement, rotating it brings the knife you need to the front.
Handwashing matters more for knives than most kitchen items. Dishwashers can blunt blades and cause chipping, so it's worth the extra couple of minutes to protect a genuinely good set.
