How do I open it if it's stuck?

Use the back of the fork to press the vacuum release gap on the side of the lid. Avoid using anything sharp, as this could cut the silicone seal.

What should I do if it starts leaking?

How do I remove stains?

The lid is the one part to treat carefully. It's the only part that isn't dishwasher or microwave safe, so it needs to come off first for both.

Dishwasher: The box, inner dish and sauce pot are dishwasher safe (top rack). The lid is not, so remove it first.

Microwave: Microwave safe with the lid removed. Two minutes maximum at a time, stirring and repeating if needed.

Freezer: All parts are freezer safe. Leave room for liquids to expand, and defrost fully before microwaving.

Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses can take 5-7 working days (but is usually much quicker than that), and it's free on orders over £49. Next day delivery is available for £9.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, depending on your location and our stock levels. You can also collect from our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.
