A box grater made for big batches, with four grating surfaces and Cuisipro's Surface Glide Technology. Etched blades and a grooved pattern cut with less effort, so you can grate more, faster.
- Surface Glide Technology: Etched blades with a grooved pattern reduce resistance on every stroke.
- Four grating surfaces: Fine, coarse, ultra-coarse and shaver, all in one tool.
- Removable ginger base: The base doubles as a ginger grater and keeps the grater stable.
- Measurement markings: Measuring marks printed on the side.
- Non-slip handle: A secure, comfortable grip while you grate.
What Customers Ask About This Product
Which side should I use?
Use the fine side for citrus zest, Parmesan, nuts and garlic, and the coarse side for most cheeses, vegetables, chocolate and coconut. The ultra-coarse side is for soft cheeses like mozzarella, and the shaver cuts thin slices of chocolate, hard cheese or ginger.
Why does ginger have its own grater?
Fresh ginger is fibrous. The ginger surface shreds the flesh and leaves the stringy fibres behind, so you get smooth ginger for curries and marinades.
In our experience...
Chill soft cheese before grating. Firm it up in the fridge or freezer for 15 to 20 minutes and it grates neatly instead of smearing across the blade.
Squeeze watery veg after grating. Courgette and potato hold a lot of water. Squeeze them in a clean tea towel before frying and they'll crisp instead of steam.
Let the blade do the work. Sharp teeth need only light, steady strokes. Pressing hard doesn't grate faster and makes it easier to catch your knuckles.

Care & Use Instructions
Washing: Handwash only, in warm soapy water. Brush from the inside of the box to lift out trapped food. The dishwasher blunts and chips the blades over time.
Drying: Dry it thoroughly, inside and out, before putting it away.
