The Joseph Joseph Vision Compact Digital Kitchen Scales are a slim, stainless steel set of scales for weighing both dry and wet ingredients. They measure up to 5 kg in 1 g increments and switch between grams, millilitres, pounds and ounces, and fluid ounces. A sliding platform is the clever part: slide it open to reveal the LCD display and switch the scales on, so the screen stays visible even beneath a large mixing bowl. Slide it closed to power off and store them flat. They are well suited to baking, portion control and everyday cooking where accuracy matters, and the smooth steel surface wipes clean in seconds.

What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Contact us and we will arrange collection.

Why weigh rather than use cups? Weighing is more consistent than measuring by volume, especially for flour and other dry ingredients, and it is the surest route to repeatable baking results.
Using the tare function Place your bowl on the scales, press tare to reset to zero, then add ingredients. Use add and weigh to measure each ingredient in turn without emptying the bowl.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses can take 5-7 working days (but is usually much quicker than that), and it's free on orders over £49. Next day delivery is available for £9.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, depending on your location and our stock levels. You can also collect from our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.
Can I collect this item instead of having it delivered?
Yes. You can collect from our Reigate shop (72 High Street, RH2 9AP), our Cobham shop (16 Anyards Road, KT11 2JZ), or our warehouse in Redhill (40 Ormside Way, RH1 2LW).
