Which kit should I buy if I only make black coffee?
JURA's Care Kit Basic is designed for machines used mainly for black speciality coffees. This kit adds the milk system cleaner and milk pipes for milk drinks.
How much water does each filter treat?
It depends on your water hardness. Each cartridge treats up to 65 l at 1-5° dH, falling to up to 40 l at 26-30° dH.
Are descaling tablets included?
No. The kit contains only the items listed in the features, so descaling tablets are not included.

Milk needs its own cleaning step. The kit includes milk system cleaner mini tabs for that job.
The filter protects the tank. A capsule of natural active ingredients at the base of the CLARIS Smart+ stabilises the water and reduces limescale deposits.
Original products suit the machine. JURA says its maintenance products are formulated to work with the electronically controlled programmes.
Care protects your investment. Maintenance extends the service life of the coffee machine and preserves it.
The tablets work in three phases. The cleaning tablets clean, form a protective barrier and guard against mineral deposits.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses can take 5-7 working days (but is usually much quicker than that), and it's free on orders over £49. Next day delivery is available for £9.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, depending on your location and our stock levels. You can also collect from our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.
Can I collect this item instead of having it delivered?
Yes. You can collect from our Reigate shop (72 High Street, RH2 9AP), our Cobham shop (16 Anyards Road, KT11 2JZ), or our warehouse in Redhill (40 Ormside Way, RH1 2LW). Just select click and collect at checkout. If the option isn't available, this is because there isn't enough stock in your selected collection location. Please get in touch and we can organise stock to be transferred to the right place.
