Before first use: Remove all packaging and peel off any labels, then wash with hot soapy water and a soft cloth before first use.
Heat setting: Always cook on medium heat, even for browning or searing. This pan conducts heat efficiently enough that high heat gives no real benefit and is the single biggest cause of non-stick coatings failing early.
Preheating: Never leave the pan heating empty for more than a minute or two, or unattended, since an empty pan overheats far faster than one with food or oil in it.
Utensils: We recommend silicone or wooden utensils. Avoid metal utensils, sharp implements like knives, or electric blenders in the pan, since even a single careless scrape can permanently damage the coating.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses can take 5-7 working days (but is usually much quicker than that), and it's free on orders over £49. Next day delivery is available for £9.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, depending on your location and our stock levels.
