The Custom Loaf Breadmaker removes the guesswork from home bread baking by doing what manual baking never can: it tells you exactly when to add fruit, nuts, or other mix-ins so they're distributed perfectly without breaking down. Choose from 13 automatic programs including gluten-free, yeast-free, crusty loaf, dough, pasta, and jam, or create your own nine custom recipes and save them permanently. The collapsible kneading paddle mixes your ingredients thoroughly, then collapses before the bake function starts so your dough has genuine room to expand and rise. Set a custom ready time and the machine calculates backward, so your bread is warm and fresh exactly when you want it. The display shows your progress from dough to perfection, and if your power cuts out, 60 minutes of backup power keeps the cycle going so you don't lose your loaf. It's the kind of breadmaker that transforms home baking from trial-and-error into reliable, repeatable results.
- 13 automatic programs with three crust colour options: Gluten-free, yeast-free, crusty loaf, dough, pasta, and jam settings cover most baking needs, with customisable crust colour to suit your preference.
- Nine custom settings to create and store personal recipes: Design your own bread recipes and save them permanently in the machine, allowing unlimited creativity without needing to reprogram each time.
- Automatic mix-in dispenser: Dispensing fruit, nuts, and other mix-ins at the perfect moment during the cycle ensures even distribution without crushing ingredients or affecting dough structure.
- Collapsible kneading paddle: Mixes ingredients thoroughly then collapses before baking starts, allowing dough genuine space to expand and rise for better texture and volume.
- Custom ready time with 60-minute backup power: Set when you want your bread ready and the machine calculates the start time automatically, with backup power protecting your loaf if power cuts out unexpectedly.
What Customers Ask About This Product
Does the machine really know when to add mix-ins, or do you still have to watch it?
It genuinely knows and tells you. The automatic dispenser releases fruit, nuts, or other mix-ins at the exact moment in the cycle when they'll be distributed evenly without breaking down or sinking to the bottom. You don't need to monitor it.
What's the point of custom settings if there are already 13 automatic programs?
The 13 programs cover standard loaves. Custom settings let you adjust timing, temperature, and rise cycles for specific flours, altitudes, or personal preferences. If you use a particular flour consistently or want a specific crust, you save the recipe and make identical loaves every time.
Will the collapsible paddle really allow the dough to expand, or is it just marketing?
It genuinely matters. A rigid paddle that stays in the pan during baking physically restricts dough expansion, limiting loaf volume and creating dense texture. A collapsible paddle gets out of the way before baking, allowing the dough to rise properly.
Is the 60-minute backup power actually useful, or gimmicky?
It's genuinely useful. Breadmaking cycles are 2-4 hours. A 60-minute backup means your loaf won't be ruined if the power cuts out briefly. For people who live in areas with occasional power issues, this removes genuine anxiety from the baking process.
In our experience...
Automatic mix-in timing prevents the crushing and sinking that manual addition causes. Adding fruit or nuts at the wrong time crushes them into paste or causes them to sink to the bottom. The machine adds them during a specific dough consistency window when they'll integrate evenly and remain intact. This is genuinely difficult to time manually.
A collapsible kneading paddle actually improves bread volume and texture. A paddle that stays in during baking physically restricts rising space. A collapsible paddle lets dough expand fully, which increases loaf volume and creates lighter, airier texture. The difference is visible in finished loaves.
Backward timing from a custom ready time removes morning coordination friction. Traditional breadmakers require calculating when to press start so the loaf finishes at breakfast. This machine does the maths. You say 8am and it figures out what time to start. That small convenience compounds daily for regular users.
Custom recipe storage removes the friction of looking up recipes repeatedly. If you make the same bread regularly with the same flour and settings, you save the recipe to the machine. Next time, you press one button instead of finding the recipe, measuring, and reprogramming. That saves genuine time over weeks and months.
Backup power protects against brief power cuts that would ruin traditional breadmakers. A breadmaking cycle is hours long. A brief power cut at 2 hours means the dough collapses and the loaf is ruined. 60 minutes of backup protects against the momentary interruptions that plague any home over time.

Care & Use Instructions
Removing the baking pan and paddle after each loaf: Allow the breadmaker to cool for 5-10 minutes after baking. Carefully remove the baking pan by tilting and twisting gently. The collapsible paddle will remain in the pan. Tap the pan gently to remove the bread. Do not force the pan out whilst hot.
Cleaning the baking pan and paddles: Soak the pan, collapsible paddle, and fixed paddle in warm water for 10 minutes to loosen dried dough. Use a soft brush or non-abrasive cloth to clean, then rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry completely before reinserting. Never use abrasive scouring pads that damage the non-stick surface.
Cleaning the interior and lid: Wipe the interior walls and lid with a soft, damp cloth to remove flour dust and dough splashes. For stubborn flour residue, use a soft brush. Never insert anything sharp that could damage the heating element. Allow the interior to dry completely before the next use.
Maintaining the mix-in dispenser: After using the automatic mix-in feature, check the dispenser chute for any stuck ingredients or debris. Use a soft brush to gently clear any blockages. Ensure the dispenser mechanism moves freely before the next use.
Electrical care and storage: Never immerse the breadmaker body in water. Wipe the exterior stainless steel housing with a dry or damp cloth to remove dust and splashes. Coil the power cord neatly and store safely. Allow the machine to cool completely before storing.
