In our experience...
Matching the knife to the cheese Soft cheeses stick to a plain blade, so a knife with a wide, thin blade or holes helps. Hard cheeses are easier to cut with a sturdy blade that you can lean on. A set with a mix of shapes covers most of a cheese board.
Serving at the right temperature Take cheese out of the fridge about an hour before serving. It cuts more cleanly and the flavour is fuller.

Care & Use Instructions
Cleaning: Check the care label or packaging for washing advice. Hand washing and drying straight away is the safest way to look after wooden blocks and knife handles.
