What Customers Ask About This Product
Is it dishwasher safe?
No, handwash and dry immediately, since dishwashers can blunt and chip sharp points over time.
What's it best used for?
Holding roasts steady while carving, and helping to portion and serve meat afterwards.
Will it tear the meat?
No, the sharp, narrow prongs are specifically designed to hold the meat without tearing or stressing it.
In our experience...
Narrow, sharp prongs are a deliberate design choice. Blunter or wider tines would need more force to pierce the meat, which is exactly what causes tearing and lost juices.
A carving fork does real work beyond just holding meat still. It's also genuinely useful for portioning and serving once carving is done, not just a stabiliser.
