The large Vacuum Bag from the FRESH & SAVE vacuum storage system has a capacity of 8.5 litres. Like all the other bags in the set, it is reusable, microwave safe, freezer proof and, thanks to its heat resistance up to 100°C, perfect for sous vide cooking. This makes it the perfect accessory. Use your freezer like a fresh market stall and freeze seasonal vegetables, bread, poultry and meat.

Using the vacuum bag is child’s play: Open the zipper of the bag, fill it with the food you want to freeze, close and dock the handy cordless vacuum pump (sold separately) onto the valve. At the press of a button, it extracts the air from the bags in just seconds. The only thing left to do is press the push button in the middle of the red silicone valve to seal it securely.

The vacuum bags can be used as dump bags for your prepped slow-cooking ingredients. Whether you're chopping vegetables to freeze or searing meat portions ready for the slow cooker, they are ideal for batch cooking advance preparation. Aromas and vitamins are safely preserved and food stays fresh up to five times longer! Freezer burn doesn’t stand a chance!
