Dark Chocolate and Cardamom Coffee

Ingredients

  • 500 ml fresh coffee
  • 300ml full cream milk
  • 100g 70% dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3 cardamom pods, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Method

  1. Combine the milk, honey, and cardamom in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a simmer, then add the chocolate and turn off the heat.
  3. Let the chocolate melt and the cardamom infuse for a few minutes.
  4. Stir until fully melted, then strain out the cardamom pods.
  5. Brew the coffee in your preferred way.
  6. Once your coffee is ready, mix in the chocolate cardamom milk.
  7. Pour into your Le Creuset On The Go Travel Mug and seize the day!
