Dark Chocolate and Cardamom Coffee
Ingredients
- 500 ml fresh coffee
- 300ml full cream milk
- 100g 70% dark chocolate, chopped
- 3 cardamom pods, crushed
- 4 tablespoons honey
Method
- Combine the milk, honey, and cardamom in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer, then add the chocolate and turn off the heat.
- Let the chocolate melt and the cardamom infuse for a few minutes.
- Stir until fully melted, then strain out the cardamom pods.
- Brew the coffee in your preferred way.
- Once your coffee is ready, mix in the chocolate cardamom milk.
