Witloft developed a special and unique coating which is used on most of our aprons. It protects the leather against stains, dirt and even the worst scratches. It also makes food or dirt easy to wipe off with a damp cloth. The coating makes the leather a bit stiff in the beginning, but will quickly soften with use. The Witloft apron is made to last and will take on its own unique characteristics over time. The aprons are good for use in a heated environment such as BBQ or grill and will protect you.
When you’re not using your apron, hang it or roll it, don’t fold to ensure no lines or cracks will appear in the finish.
Please take in account the following care & cleaning instructions. No warranty is implied since results may vary.
- - Remove dirt by vacuuming with a brush attachment or dust frequently with a clean, dry cloth
- - If the leather is soiled, it can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth using a lather of any mild soap with lukewarm or distilled water. Always try on an inconspicuous spot first
- - Dry with a clean, soft cloth
- - Do not spot clean the leather apron; always clean the entire surface
- - Do not use saddle soap, cleaning solvents, oils, furniture polishes, varnishes, abrasive cleaners, detergents, or ammonia on the leather apron. These will ruin the finish causing it to become sticky and cracked

It is currently not possible to deliver to Europe. We hope to reinstate this service as soon as possible.
If your desired country is not listed (USA, Australia etc.) this is most likely because couriers charge by "Volumetric Weight" i.e. a combination of how large and how heavy the package is. Just give us a call on 01737 222996 with the details of your order - we will advise the shipping costs within 24 hours and ask if you want to proceed.
Please note that any overseas shipment is at your own risk and you will hence need to take out insurance to cover any damage in transit.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of the contents as well as a description of the items. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country must be borne by you. Your local customs office will be able to provide you with further information.

You can collect your order from one of our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.
If, when checking out, your closest shop does not appear, but others do, it just means that your shop is out of stock. Give us a call and we can arrange to have your chosen items transferred from another location.
Follow My Parcel / DPD Pickup
Follow My Parcel is an industry-changing innovation from DPD, which will give you, our customer, unparalleled levels of information and peace of mind.
Not only will you receive a one hour delivery timeslot, but you'll also be able to track the progress of your parcels on a map as DPD's drivers make their way to the delivery addresses.
Follow My Parcel will:
- Display the location of the driver in relation to the delivery address.
- Show your position in the driver's overall delivery queue.
- Tell you when your driver is just 15 minutes away.
- Give you the option to reschedule your delivery or have your goods delivered to a neighbour.
- Display your parcel's tracking history.
You will also have an 'in-flight' option available, through text and email notifications, by which the delivery can be diverted to a local DPD Pickup Point.
