This Silverwood Brownie Eye Catcher is great for baking deliciously deep brownies and fruit cakes. It is manufactured from anodised aluminium which provides excellent heat distribution and eliminates hot spots so your brownie or cake will bake evenly and quickly with no burnt bits or soggy bottoms! Its naturally easy release surface means there is no need to grease the tin before you bake and it makes for easy cleaning afterwards.
It is incredibly durable - it won't twist, warp, peel or rust so this is a tin you will be able to use for a lifetime. This durability is especially enhanced in this particular pan thanks to the welded corner joints.
The design of this pan means it is very easy to remove your cake from the tin - you simply slide the bottom tray out and voila!

Aluminium products can sometimes have a few, cosmetic, imperfections in the surface. They do not affect the food or the performance of the bakeware.
