The scratch-resistant glaze is what makes daily dishwasher use realistic. Without it, repeated washing and cutlery contact would dull a set like this far faster.
It's built to handle real temperature swings. Thermoresistant from -23C to +260C, so it goes from the freezer to the oven or microwave without issue.
Avoiding metal utensils is about long-term appearance, not immediate damage. Standard cutlery is fine for eating, but serving with metal utensils repeatedly can eventually mark the glaze.
Strongly coloured food can leave cosmetic staining over time. Things like tomato sauce, curry or beetroot may cause slight discolouration, which is cosmetic and doesn't affect how the dinnerware performs.

Care & Use Instructions
Before first use: Remove all labels and packaging from each piece. Wash all 12 items in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Everyday use: Avoid using metal utensils directly on the dinnerware where possible. Standard cutlery used with reasonable care is fine, though excessive force with sharp knives can mark the glaze over time.
Grill use: When using under the grill, maintain at least 6.5cm between the heat source and the dinnerware.
Oven use: For frozen dishes, place in a cold oven and let both heat up together. For room temperature items, don't preheat above 205C. Always use oven gloves when handling hot pieces.
Cleaning: Let pieces cool before washing if used for hot food. Wipe off residue, and soak stuck-on food in warm soapy water for 15 to 20 minutes before washing. Handwash and dry, or use a full dishwasher cycle.
Removing stains: For stubborn cosmetic staining from strongly coloured foods, make a paste of bicarbonate of soda and water, apply gently, leave briefly, then wash.
Storage: Stack plates by size and nest bowls together. Make sure all pieces are completely dry before storing to avoid water spots or musty odours.
Freezer use: Freezer safe for storing pre-plated meals or leftovers. Cover with cling film or a suitable lid, and thaw before reheating, or use the cold-oven method for frozen items.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses can take 5-7 working days (but is usually much quicker than that), and it's free on orders over £49. Next day delivery is available for £9.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, depending on your location and our stock levels. You can also collect from our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.
Can I collect this item instead of having it delivered?
