What Customers Ask About This Product

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes, you can wash and dry it by hand, or put it through a full dishwasher cycle.

Is it just for tea?

No, it's just as suited to coffee or any other infusion as it is to tea.

Is it microwave safe?

Yes, this teapot is grill, microwave and oven safe.

How many cups does it hold?

Up to 4 cups, making it a good size for sharing.

In our experience...

A locking lid is a genuinely useful safety detail. It means the lid won't slip or come loose mid-pour, which matters more with a full pot.

The drip-resistant spout is about more than tidiness. A teapot that drips down the side is a genuine hassle over daily use, so this is a real quality-of-life feature.

4 cups is a meaningful capacity marker. It positions this as a genuine sharing teapot rather than a solo one, useful when planning for guests.

The three ring design is a deliberate style choice. It's built to match Le Creuset's iconic cast iron pots, so it looks intentional sitting alongside an existing collection.

It's built to handle real temperature swings. Thermoresistant from -23C to +260C, so it copes well with both hot brews and being stored cold.

Care & Use Instructions

Before first use: Wash in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

While using: Always use oven gloves when handling anything hot. When using under the grill, leave at least a 6.5cm gap between the heat source and the top of the product.

Reheating from frozen or room temperature: Don't put a frozen dish into a preheated oven. Place it in a cold oven and let both heat up together, and always check food is piping hot throughout before serving. If a dish is at room temperature, don't preheat the oven above 205C. If adding liquid to a dish already in the oven, take it out and let it cool for a few minutes first.

Cleaning: Let it cool before cleaning. Wipe off any leftovers, and soak stuck-on food in warm soapy water for 15 to 20 minutes before washing. Wash and dry by hand, or put it through a full dishwasher cycle.

Republic of Ireland & Europe

Currently suspended:

It is not currently possible to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe. We hope to reinstate this service as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Rest of the World

If your country is not listed — including the USA, Australia, and other destinations — this is most likely because couriers charge by volumetric weight: a combination of package size and weight that makes standard online rates impractical to calculate automatically.

Please call us on 01737 222996 with the details of your order. We will advise on shipping costs within 24 hours and ask whether you would like to proceed.

Before you order internationally, please note:

All overseas shipments are at your own risk. We recommend taking out appropriate transit insurance to cover any damage in transit.

Customs forms for all international packages declare the full value and a description of the contents. Any customs or import duties levied on arrival in your country are your responsibility. Your local customs office can provide further information.

Other Destinations

If your desired country or region is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
