Excellent for lower fat cooking at home and has the strength and durability needed for the intense heat a grill produces.

It can be used on all types of hobs (including induction), under the grill, in the oven or on the barbecue.

Very versatile, it is ideal for quick and easy meals such as steaks, chops, sausages, skewers of prawns, chicken, grilled Mediterranean vegetables and fruits such as pineapple or mango.

The enamel interior is a specialist cooking surface unique to Le Creuset and great for grilling or searing as it will not wear off at high cooking temperatures.
