What Customers Ask About This Product
Is 16cm large enough for a proper cereal serving?
It suits a standard cereal or porridge serving for most adults, and is a generous size for children or smaller appetites. If you typically eat very large breakfast portions, it's worth checking this size against what you'd usually serve yourself.
Can I put this bowl in the microwave?
Yes, it's microwave safe. You can reheat porridge, warm milk for cereal, or heat soup directly in the bowl, though it will be hot when you take it out, so allow it to cool slightly or use an oven glove.
Will the three ring design be hard to clean?
No, the rings are glazed as part of the smooth surface, not grooves that trap food, so the whole bowl cleans evenly whether by hand or in the dishwasher.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, you can wash and dry it by hand, or put it through a full dishwasher cycle.
In our experience...
Juniper is a genuinely calm, neutral shade. Rather than a bold statement colour, it's a soft green built to sit quietly alongside other tableware and add a natural tone to a morning routine.
The three ring design is a deliberate style choice. It's built to match Le Creuset's iconic cast iron pots, so it looks intentional sitting alongside an existing collection.
It's built to handle real temperature swings. Thermoresistant from -23C to 260C, so it genuinely goes from the freezer to the oven or microwave without issue.
Grey marks from metal spoons aren't scratches. They're usually just metal deposits sitting on the glaze, which lift away with a gentle paste of bicarbonate of soda and water rather than being permanent damage.
A cereal bowl like this earns its keep well beyond breakfast. The same size and shape that suits porridge in the morning works just as well for soup or a pudding later in the day.

Care & Use Instructions
Before first use: Remove all labels and packaging. Wash in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
While using: Always use oven gloves when handling anything hot. When using under the grill, leave at least a 6.5cm gap between the heat source and the top of the bowl.
Reheating from frozen or room temperature: Don't put a frozen bowl into a preheated oven. Place it in a cold oven and let both heat up together. If the bowl is at room temperature, don't preheat the oven above 205C. If adding liquid to the bowl while it's in the oven, take it out and let it cool for a few minutes first.
Cleaning: Let it cool before cleaning. Rinse away food residue, and soak stuck-on food in warm soapy water for 15 to 20 minutes before washing. Hand wash and dry, or place in the dishwasher.
Removing marks: Grey marks left by metal spoons are usually metal deposits rather than scratches. A gentle paste of bicarbonate of soda and water, rubbed on and rinsed off, will lift them.
Storage: Store clean and dry. Bowls can be stacked, but avoid stacking too many high given the weight of stoneware.
Avoid: Never plunge a hot bowl into cold water, as this can cause thermal shock and cracking. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, which can dull the glaze over time.
