Care & Use Instructions

Before first use: Remove all labels and packaging. Wash in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residue.

Daily use and washing: Dishwasher safe for a full cycle. Load securely to prevent movement. Alternatively, hand wash with warm, soapy water. The scratch-resistant glaze maintains its appearance through either method.

Removing coffee or tea stains: If stains develop, fill with warm water and a small amount of bicarbonate of soda, soak for 15 to 20 minutes, then wash as usual. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and use a soft cloth or sponge instead.

Microwave use: Fully microwave safe for reheating drinks. Use oven gloves or a towel when removing as the stoneware retains heat effectively. The handle may also become warm, so handle with care.

Oven use: Oven safe up to 260°C. Use oven gloves when handling. If heating from room temperature, avoid preheating your oven above 205°C (400°F).

What to avoid: Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes. Don't pour boiling liquid into a frozen mug directly. Don't use abrasive cleaners or scourers. Don't microwave when completely empty.

Can I collect this item instead of having it delivered?

Yes. You can collect from our Reigate shop (72 High Street, RH2 9AP), our Cobham shop (16 Anyards Road, KT11 2JZ), or our warehouse in Redhill (40 Ormside Way, RH1 2LW).
