This wok is coated inside with Le Creuset's best-ever non-stick, which is now 4x stronger and guaranteed for life. It is ideal for classic Asian dishes and much more, with handles on each side so it is easy to lift and to take to the table. The forged hard anodised aluminium conducts heat efficiently and evenly, and the surface is abrasion resistant. It works on all cooktops, goes in the oven to 260C and can go in the dishwasher.

What is hard anodised aluminium? Aluminium that has been treated to form a hard, durable surface. It conducts heat well and resists scratching and wear.
Cooking with less oil The non-stick surface can handle all types of frying, even without oil or fat.

Care & Use Instructions
Before first use: Remove labels and packaging, wash in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Condition the non-stick interior by rubbing a little vegetable or corn oil over it with a paper towel, then rinse with hot water and dry. Do not condition the black exterior.
Utensils: Le Creuset recommends silicone, wooden or heat-resistant plastic tools. Metal utensils can be used with care.
Cleaning: Dishwasher safe. Let the pan cool for a few minutes before cleaning and do not plunge it into cold water when hot.
Oven and grill: Safe up to 260C, or 220C (Gas Mark 7) with a Le Creuset heat-resistant glass lid. Leave at least 5cm between the grill and the top of the pan. Not suitable for microwaves.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses can take 5-7 working days (but is usually much quicker than that), and it's free on orders over £49. Next day delivery is available for £9.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, depending on your location and our stock levels. You can also collect from our shops in Cobham or Reigate, or our warehouse in Redhill.
Can I collect this item instead of having it delivered?
Yes. You can collect from our Reigate shop (72 High Street, RH2 9AP), our Cobham shop (16 Anyards Road, KT11 2JZ), or our warehouse in Redhill (40 Ormside Way, RH1 2LW). Just select click and collect at checkout. If the option isn't available, this is because there isn't enough stock in your selected collection location. Please get in touch and we can organise stock to be transferred to the right place.
