- 3-ply construction: Stainless steel and aluminium bonded into three layers for fast, even heat distribution.
- Built for large batches: Genuinely generous capacity for soups, stews, curries and bone broth.

In our experience...
Built-in measurements are a genuinely practical detail. Laser-etched markings mean you can measure liquid directly in the pot rather than reaching for a separate jug.
3-ply construction is about consistency, not just speed. Bonding stainless steel and aluminium together means heat spreads evenly across the whole pot, not just the centre.
A stockpot this size is built around batch cooking. It's genuinely sized for freezing portions or feeding a crowd, not just a single meal.
The three ring design ties it to Le Creuset's wider range. It's built to match Le Creuset's iconic cast iron pots, so it looks intentional alongside an existing collection.

Care & Use Instructions
Before first use: Wash in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
While cooking: Always use oven gloves when handling anything hot. Use the most appropriately sized hob ring, especially on induction. Cook on a medium or low heat and let it heat up gradually.
Induction hobs: Avoid the 'boost' function, which is intended for rapidly heating large volumes of water rather than cooking.
Glass hobs: Never slide the stockpot across a glass-topped hob, as this can damage both the base and the glass. Always lift it on, off, or across the surface.
Using salt: Don't pour salt directly onto the stainless steel surface. Add it to hot cooking liquid or food instead, to avoid damage.
Handling when hot: Rest the pot on a heat resistant surface once removed from the heat.
Grill use: When using under the grill, leave at least a 5cm gap between the heat source and the top of the pot.
Cleaning: Let it cool before cleaning. Wipe off any leftovers, and soak stuck-on food in warm soapy water for 15 to 20 minutes before washing.
Dishwasher: Dishwasher safe.
